i blame ms. kendra
i joined NaNoWriMo. the local group has a get together scheduled this coming friday, so i'm going to see what goes on at these things.
i've always wanted to write something meaningful, at least as it seems to me. i'm not a writer, nor a poet, but i think i've a story i can tell.
nick, you want to go with me? writing starts the 1st..
i've decided to take my entry from FFF #5 and expand it out to a story. it's an interesting vignette, and i liked the style of it. if you want to read it, you'll have to find it since i'm a dunce at HTML. look under my archives from last august.
more on writing, i'm putting my journals together into one format, that is, i guess i'm pulling all my paper copies and together with this blog, my photos, and email archives into one coherent whole. don't you hate it when someone else gets to say "I told you so"? i do, and *they* were right. journaling is helpful and very interesting, but only once it's done. it's like cleaning the house before a vacation: an incredible pain in the ass, but you're glad you did it when you get back. i look back on the things i've written and realize more than i thought i could about my own moods..
i keep this blog not for you, beloved reader, but because i want it, and this is my journal now. even my banal days tell me something about where i've been when seen in retrospect. if you want to read, please do. i try to amuse or enlighten when i can, but i'm no JJ or Nick, for sure. more to the point, now that i've created this online journal, i'm afraid to let my "audience" down by simply letting the blog go the way of the dinosaur. please keep on my ass about posting, you'll be doing me more of a favor than you realize.
anyway, i joined NaNoWriMo and am compiling my memiors into a stuffy pedantic tome. aren't you a happy monkey for it?
alright, seriousness aside. the regularly scheduled bullshit will return soon.
much gratitude,
ginon

you rule the school.
my blog has fallen by the wayside whilst i'm in full on teacher mode.
I am always a happy monkey and always extremely pedantic.
Congratulations on joining NaNoWriMo.
I'm off to scour the archives for your FFF #5.
So this is what you were doing while I was sleeping through "Aliens..."
Maybe I should blog during my bouts of insomina... as opposed to humming tunelessly, drinking beer, and watching reruns of Star Trek.
don't blame me! i said i was "thinking about it."
now i feel pressured.
crap.
i better go find a plot. good thing i have access to the internets and the google.
Bowling and roller skating are fun.
I think I might be a happier person if I join a bowling league.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy New Year!
Your lack of posting has made me angry.
You still around??
